Renew

Whole life, whole you

Renewal is about preserving and enhancing the greatest asset you have -- you. It means having a balanced program for self-renewal in the four areas of your life: physical, social/emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Renewal requires looking at life in a holistic way. Every organ and system in our body is connected, and impacts the others. Our environment, work life, love and family relationships, activities and mindset all have an impact on our health.

Our mind is also closely tied to our ability to overcome blocks, stop sabotage, make commitments and build new habits to create lasting change.

Years to your life & life to your years

Let's just say it - aging is a good thing!

Whoever came up with the term "anti-aging" had it wrong. Every year we get to live is a gift, and a lifestyle that supports longevity is what we are after. But making sure that there is life in those years is the wind in the sail. Renewal is about adding energy and vitality to a long, healthy and happy life!

Healthy Body

Our bodies are in a constant state of renewal. Every cell, from head to toe will turn over from days to years, and every seven years you essentially have a new body!

Taking care to limit your exposure to toxins, continuously detoxing those that are unavoidable, and repairing and restoring the nutirents, probiotics, and enzymes through food and supplementation will keep you in a state of health and wellness that area t the forefront of graceful aging. Finally water, good sleep and oxygen are the foundations of health. So move, rest and breathe!

Empowering Habits

Habits are powerful. They can simply make us or break us. Once set, they become so familiar we find comfort, even in the bad ones. They are unconscious behavioral patterns that sometimes link to a whole series of actions that we repeat again and again.

In many ways, when it comes to change, we are like a rubber band. While we may stretch, we are programmed to snap back. To break the elastic limit of bad habits and replace them with those that support and empower us requires commitment, behavioral strategies and mind work.

Positive Outlook

There is not enough that can be said about a  good mindset. This is not easy when our body is out of balance or our habits are disempowering. However being in the flow of life, looking for the good in situations, and living with grace and gratitude will ultimately be the key determinants of how happy you feel. There is also an abundance of evidence linking our state-of-mind to our health. When you are optimistic, your stress is lowered. Your outlook also impacts the way others react to you. Positive people tend to be more successful, navigate the twists and turns in life more easily and have more friends.
